I came in for an Oil Change which was fine. I advised the Service Advisor about my Entertainment Unit loosing power on several occasions. Keeping in mind that I own a 2024 GMC Yukon with only 6000 miles. I get up the next morning and my entertainment unit goes out again. A look at my paperwork and there’s no mention of the resolution for my entertainment system.

Everyone at the dealership is very nice. I was a little disappointed when I got in the car to find that two of my tires weren't inflated to 35 psi. Then I needed to use my windshield washers and there was barely any spray that came out. These cars are an investment and when taken to the car dealership for the annual oil change, tire rotation and fluids checked, I think it is not asking too much to get the job done right.

Ann Nash was awesome. This is my third lease from her. I went to say hi while I waited for my car to be serviced. My lease was up on May 20, 2025. I told her I was interested in the Acadia. She remembered I like red. At the time no red was available but I did test drive a silver one which I really liked. I took the car home to see if it would fit in my garage, but it didn't. I told her I would look into making some adjustments to the garage and would get back to her. She called me maybe a week or two later to tell me she had an Acadia in red that came. Within a few days I was on the road with my new red Acadia. She is the best !!

I Chose les Stanford to repair my vehicle at the recommendation of my insurance company.They indicated that they were an in network shop and that the repairs were guaranteed. I brought my vehicle in for repairs with les stanford and they told me it would take 2 weeks. 2 weeks turned into a Little over a month. I got a call from Les Stanford on March 26 that my vehicle was ready. I picked up the vehicle and as I pulled out the parking lot. I noticed that there was a problem with the steering wheel. It just wasn't straight. I called les standford from the car to advise them there was a problem with the steering wheel. I could not turn around because I was on my lunch break. They told me they would need to contact my insurance company to get a supplement to do an alignment. I was outraged because I could not understand why someone would give a person a car back and tell them it was fixed when there was an obvious issue that was apparent to anyone that drove the vehicle. And someone had to drive it because it was parked in the parking. Yet they chose to give me my vehicle in an unsafe condition and told me that it was fixed. I even Expressed my frustration to my claims adjuster with the vehicle being given back to me in an unsafe condition . Les Stanford called me and said they got the approval to do the alignment. I brought the vehicle back and dropped it off that night so it would be there in the morning, they called me the following morning and advised that upon doing the alignment they discovered that there was a crack in the wheel. This issue should have been discovered before the vehicle was given back to me. There was an obvious problem when I picked up the vehicle. I also notified les Stanford that the radio was not working properly which it was working properly before we dropped off the vehicle for repairs. There was a problem with the volume. It would not go all the way up. They said they would take a look at it, yet when I got it back it still had a problem with the radio volume. A couple days later, they told me my vehicle was ready. I picked up the vehicle on a Monday afternoon. 2 days later, the vehicle was in another accident. My son said the steering wheel became very loose. He had no control. He hit a medium on a freeway. Thank god my son was not injured. But what a shame that Les Stanford put my son in harms way! Obviously you did not fix the problem!. This is neglectful and despicable. This issue was brought up to advisor, and they said that they resolved the issue with the wheel being fixed and an alignment. Obviously, they did not take care of the issue. Now we are inconvenience because of the neglectfulness of less Stanford. My son, who is a senior in college, Is really inconvenience. The vehicle belonged to him and with his means of transportation to get to Wayne state and he is graduating in a month. He is also now nervous about driving and so am I am. Les Stanford has caused us unnecessary anxiety, stress, by not fixing the vehicle properly and putting our life in danger. I believe that Stanford was neglectful in this issue and they should be held accountable. I trusted them with my vehicle and I trusted them with my safety and they did not deliver on either. Les Stanford must be held accountable and I will be seeking compensation. I will explore all options of recourse including sharing my story on social media and other avenues.

After I wrote an email, the Service Manager apologized and offered a free oil change. This is the same dealership that forced me to wait over 1.5 hours for my leasing financing to be finalized. Stay away.

I am totally disgusted with Les Stanford Buick, and I will never return. I have been a customer for many years, since it was Suburban Buick GMC. I have leased six cars from there. And I am purchasing the last one, a 2020 Buick Envision. Since the dealership has become Les Stanford, everything is totally downhill. I got a horrible deal when I purchased the Envision, 7.99% interest rate, no customer loyalty whatsoever. I came in last week for a n oil change ONLY. The service person took it upon himself to add other services, amounting to $278.00 without my permission. He had promised on intake to first let me know if any other service was due. I am DONE!

I was told and given a estimate for over 1,600.00 for brakes without them even looking at the car or taking the tires off. I feel like I was charged for items that I didn't need. I was there all day with a early morning appointment. Don't think I will ever take my car back there again. Should have asked for my parts that was replaced, the car is driving okay so far and it should seeing how much I paid. The people were nice and friendly but lacked the communication needed for me to feel I was getting what I truly needed.

Had a 11:00 am oil change appt. My wife stayed at the dealership and sat there until 2 pm. She also had to go to the service center to check the status of the vehicle and that's when they told her it was ready. We use the rewards points towards the cost of the oil change and the service guy did not apply the points to the write up, so when my wife went to the cashiers window she had to wait another 15 mins for someone to add the points. To wait at your dealership for long periods and the only thing that you have to offer is just coffee does not make it any comforting.

Dropped 2025 Envista off again Friday early morning to have speakers checked for malfunction. Have been having a problem with the speakers within 2 months after purchasing vehicle January 2025. Received call Friday evening stating vehicle ready for pick up and that nothing was found to be wrong with speakers. After discussing that there is definitely a problem with the speakers, it was decided the vehicle will remain there until Monday to investigate more. Monday arrived no call received. Tuesday arrived no call received so I called and no answer. I left a VM and no returned called. I called the following day and no answer so left another VM just to not receive a returned called. Drop in the morning of Thursday just to be told the there was no issues found of the vehicle. So my vehicle remained at the dealership all that time for no issue to be found, for me to not to have received a update, for my calls not to be answered and for my VMs not to be responded to.

I immediately noticed a change in the technicians when I came in for my oil change. The person did not ask for my name. He used the scanner to pull up the history of my vehicle. This felt very impersonal to me. Nor did he introduce himself to me. It was as if he didn't need any interaction with me as a customer because of what info the scanner pulled up. I made an appointment and brought the car in on 7-23-25. I was told there were no loaner cars available. It sat outside for 7 days before finally getting diagnosed on 7-29. At that time I was told the repair part needed was on national backorder. There were still no loaner cars available. Finally on 8-8-25 the car was finally repaired. 17 total days at the dealer. Without a loaner car. Why did it take so long to get in the shop to be diagnosed? Why doesn't this dealer work on Saturdays to try to get caught up? Why couldn't I get a loaner anytime in 17 days? The real question is why do I keep buying vehicles from this dealer?

My service tech was outstanding, but the rest of the experience was poor at best. On Friday I tried to contact service in order to confirm the part ordered has arrived and service could be completed. I tried multiple times (7) to reach someone that could help. I was hung up on three times, put on hold and forgotten twice, and got forwarded to dead connections twice and only after finally reaching my original service tech, did I get anything accomplished. My service tech was fantastic and got me in that afternoon and the work was completed. If it weren't for his efforts I would have rated this a 1 star and certainly would not recommend the dealership for service.

The service department was very busy . The service manager thought I may need to leave my truck till Monday, not possible. He apologized for the confusion with my appointment, I thought it would be in and out. Due to the nature of the problem a tech would have to check it. Ok, I can stick around a couple hours, ok. By 1 pm, I arrived at 9:30am, it was done. The radio is still very slow to turn on or off( takes almost a minute).

The experience at the dealership was very good. The work was done quickly and, so far, fixed the problem. However, I had called the service department 3 times to discuss the problem with a service advisor only to be told someone would call me back. That never happened. I finally drove to the dealership to get face time with the advisor which led to the issue getting fixed. As a retired GM executive, I find that totally unacceptable. Out of frustration, I called Suburban GMC in Troy only to be told that someone would return my call. That did not happen either. This must be a new GM business model - don’t return phone calls!

This was my first poor experience with the Les Stanford service department. The initial call to me was to inform me that I had NO oil in my vehicle as opposed to 0% oil life. Upon receiving my car back after the oil change, the engine air filter had not been changed (not a call to me to authorize the service and cost) nor the tire pressure checked and filled to the optimal level.

The service desk person was very nice and super efficient. I was in the waiting room in no time. It's a really nice room, large area, high ceilings, glass walls that face Woodward Ave and a beautiful cemetery that looks more like a park with lots of trees on the other side of Woodward. The room was bright and very clean. Seating was comfortable, one TV above a wall with a fireplace. Most people were on their phones or reading. Free coffee and vending machines if you need a snack. Charging pod for phones, etc. My car was ready in about 2 hours. From a customers perspective, I rate everything excellent.
